The Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision to front-line staff who provide a range of services to individuals and families who present as homeless or at-risk of homelessness including clinical services, crisis intervention and case management, for eligible program participants.
The Eligibility Specialist is responsible for interviewing individuals and families seeking shelter and housing resources. The position will identify, assess, and complete initial screening, intake and data entry for individuals and families in order to make the appropriate referrals to community resources, as well as assist with housing applications and collection of vital documents, when necessary.
Information Management Specialist
The Information Management Specialist is responsible for collecting, storing, managing and maintaining accurate information and sharing information between and among individuals, organizations and/or other information systems.
